Service Description

“Gift Cards are online virtual cards similar to physical cards which can be used to redeem credit for iTunes / Google / PlayStation / Xbox / PUBG / Amazon and many others services.

Customers can purchase Gift Cards through the Ooredoo App under the Gift Card section. Customers can purchase Gift Cards of their choice.

Each card has a different pricing. Customer will be charged as per the price mentioned in the Ooredoo App. This is a one-time purchase only. This service does not auto renew.

Customer needs to go to Ooredoo App and look for the Gift Card section. The price of each Gift Card will be displayed which the customer has to pay in order to purchase the card.

  • The service will be available in English and Arabic.
  • Customer will get the Gift Card details through SMS from SC 92990.
  • Customer can also check the card details on the ‘History’ page in the Gift Card section in the Ooredoo App.
  • Customer will be charged as per the price shown on the Ooredoo App. Prices are inclusive of 5% VAT.
  • There will be no refund for Gift Cards purchased on Ooredoo App.
  • Gift Cards will be delivered through SMS from SC 92990
  • Customer can also see the purchased cards on History page in the Ooredoo App in the Gift Card Section.
  • If you do not receive the Card by SMS or on the History Page after purchasing it and your balance has been deducted, please wait for some time as there could be a technical issue in delivering the card to you. If you still have not received the card, please contact Customer Care before you purchase another card.
  • Gift Card is non-refundable/ exchange / cancel and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full and is valid for a single transaction only and as per the respective brands terms and conditions.
  • Gift Card cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • Gift Card only to be used in their specific region as mentioned in the product name / description and cannot be changed to other countries.
  • Gift Card will be under the terms and conditions of their respective brands.

All Ooredoo prepaid and postpaid (excluding corporate postpaid/prepaid) users are eligible for this service.
